What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as "FINAL SALE" are non-returnable.

Out of Stock Items

If a style, size, or colourway is currently unavailable on our site, please reach out to us with the name, size, and colour of the item you're looking for. Our customer service team will check the possibility of a preorder or inform you of the estimated wait time.

Do you ship internationally?

AMERL currently ships within Australia. For international orders, please email chloe@amerlskiwear.com to confirm shipping costs and delivery times.

Each style on our website includes its own measurements to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend checking the size chart and comparing the measurements with your own for the best fit.
